Browser-based label design and printing connected to your SQL Server. Design templates visually, pull live data, and print to any Windows printer — including thermal label printers — from any device on your network.
Labeler is a browser-based label design and printing application that runs as a Windows service on your network. It connects directly to your SQL Server databases, letting you build label templates with live data fields and print to any Windows-installed printer without leaving your browser.
Thermal label printer support is built in — Zebra, Dymo, and TSC printers work out of the box alongside standard sheet and laser printers. Users can connect from any device on the network, including mobile phones and tablets, to select a template and print remotely.
Design label layouts visually in the browser. Add text, barcodes, QR codes, images, formulas and data fields from your SQL Server — no design software required.
Connect label templates directly to your database. Query builder is available that reads your database schema and presents tables and fields for you to build yor query with. Fields populate automatically at print time — product names, barcodes, lot numbers, dates, and any other SQL data.
Print to Zebra, Dymo, and TSC thermal label printers as well as any standard Windows sheet or laser printer — all managed through a single browser interface. Printer lists are based off the available printers where the service is running so there is no need to deploy printers for the users directly. Printers can be locked to a specific template so labels always print to the correct printer.
Users connect from any device on the network — phones, tablets, or desktops — to select a template and trigger a print job on any configured printer in the building. You can share a specific URL for each template so users are able to access that template directly from a mobile phone on your network.
